Dr. Margaret Webb is the General manager of EVE and is a registered Psychologist with the Psychological Society of Ireland. Since graduating, she has worked exclusively in rehabilitation, initially with the National Rehabilitation Board and then with Rehab, as a Psychologist. In 1991, she jointed EVE as a Senior Psychologist and became General Manager in 1997. Her research interests have focused latterly on the area of "Quality of Life Assessment" in mental health, with the publication of her PhD Thesis in this area in 1999.
Dr. Tom O'Brien works as the Principal Psychologist with EVE. He is Head of the Participant Assistance and Support Service (PASS) along side the organisations Senior Psychologist and Senior Occupational Therapist. He has formerly worked in a variety of capacities in the Irish Social Firms Initiative and Rehab including Evaluator, Training Officer, Rehabilitation Psychologist and Head of Assessment Unit in Roslyn Park College. He has trained as a Family and Systemic therapist and works voluntarily in a Community-based counseling service. Tom lectures in U.C.D. on Rehabilitation related topics and on the Professional Training Programme in Family Therapy in the Clanwilliam Institute. Tom recently completed his PhD.
Jackie Ryan joined EVE in February 2001 as Finance Manager. Before joining EVE, she worked in private industry. Jackie is responsible for the Finance and Administration function with EVE. She has a degree in Business Studies and is CIMA registered.
Regina Halpin is a Regional Manager with EVE covering both the HSE Dublin Mid-Leinster and Dublin North East regions. By profession she is both a Registered General and Psychiatric Nurse and previous posts include Nursing Officer and A/Assistant Chief Nursing Officer prior to joining EVE in 1992. As part of her role, Regina heads up the working group on 'Out of Hours' activation.
