World mental health week is fast approaching. Similar to the Mental Health Week calendar See Change compiled in 2011, a 2012 is currently being compiled. if your centre has an event/project taking place around World Mental Health Week (Sunday 7th to Saturday 13th October) and would like to be included in this year’s calendar, please send on the event information to Sorcha (sorcha@seechange.ie).
It is also a good opportunity to promote routine events/services that also happen to take place during that week. The Calendar will be hosted on their website with regular social media updates to inform their followers of what is going on across the country to highlight mental health within their communities.
