Living Well: Working Well

HUB Programme

EVE have a number of established and emerging HUB programmes. The HUB programme is informed by the belief in the potential of every individual to change and grow, and focuses on the individual’s strengths and abilities rather than their deficits.

The centre is responsible for the linking up of participants to activities which they will identify: educational/training opportunities, sporting pursuits, voluntary work, work experience/placements and leisure activities. The key worker is responsible for giving support to people to engage with these services and to advocate with and for them with service providers, if required.

Each staff member/key worker identifies resources within the communities in which an individual lives and spends time. An extensive community mapping exercise identifies those resources within the community.
