On Thursday 14th November a group of members and staff from Cairdeas went to Loreto Bray for a Basketball match. This was organised by Rehabcare Bray, with whom we do basketball training in Ballywaltrim Community Centre once every couple of weeks. This time they had organised a match against students from Loreto secondary school.
The groups were split into different teams. It was a very enjoyable experience and everyone had a great time. It was great exercise and really got the heart pumping. Well done to all who took part!
