Conaí Clubhosue to hold Open Day to celebrate Inclusion Week

Conaí Clubhouse are having an open day on Wednesday 13th November at 10.30am as part of Fingal Inclusion week.

It would be a good opportunity for any EVE participants who are interested in Clubhouse or thinking about membership. Conaí Clubhouse members will deliver different presentations on the day to highlight what the Clubhouse means to them in their recovery and what they get from being a member.

The three topics covered on the day will be:

1. Healthy eating, exercise and other tools for recovery,
2. positive ageing as a Clubhouse member
3. Engaging in meaningful work: why the Clubhouse matters.  

Eight different members will present on the day. All are welcome and a light lunch will be served.
