Self-Advocacy through recovery education programme
Having successfully completed the self-advocacy programme in EVE Larine, a group of participants attended the Evaluation of the Self-Advocacy and personal learning programme in DCU on Tues 21st March. After a meet & greet in the morning, the group heard from speakers who also participated in the programme and highly recommended it and the importance of self and peer advocacy aiding in the journey of recovery in mental health. Everyone then had a light lunch and had an opportunity to network with others that attended the event.
